Dr. Maria Cartagena, MD

Dr. Maria Cartagena, MD is a board certified psychiatrist. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, she is a sought after expert in the mental health field. Dr. Cartagena is the past Medical Director of the Buffalo General Hospital’s Department of Inpatient Behavioral Health & Psychiatry. Additionally, she served as Medical Director of BryLin Hospital and is currently a partner at Suburban Psychiatric Associates in Amherst, New York. 

She received her medical degree from the University at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and completed her medical residency at the Erie County Medical Center.

Dr. Nita Divan, MD 

Dr. Nita Divan, MD is board certified in Family Medicine. She grew up in Syracuse and graduated from West Genesee High School. She received her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Buffalo. With more than 23 years of diverse experience in medicine, she is a recognized leader in providing patient centered care to the local community.

She received her medical degree from University of Buffalo School of Medicine and went on to complete her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Buffalo.

Dr. rebecca phillips, MD

Rebecca Phillips MD is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  She is experienced in diagnosing and treating many psychiatric problems, including major depression and treatment-resistant major depression. 

A graduate of Canisius College, Dr. Phillips went on to complete her medical degree at the SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
